Donation guidelines

Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity ReStores accept new and gently used items for resale at our stores. Items must be in sellable condition as determined by our staff. Items may not be dropped off outside store hours.

Items for pickup must meet a minimum value and condition. Contact our team or schedule a pickup to learn whether your donation would qualify.

  • Kitchen cabinet deconstruction

    We offer a FREE kitchen cabinet deconstruction service to kitchens that qualify! Our skilled deconstruction team will remove your cabinets and give them a second life through resale at the ReStore.
