When can I pick up my purchase?

  • Most purchases are available for pickup within 24 hours.
  • Special Order Cabinets typically arrive at the ReStore within 4-6 weeks.

What is our Return Policy?

  • In-Stock items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • Special Order Cabinets cannot be returned. Please make sure you have chosen the correct cabinets in your desired color before placing your order for Special Order Cabinets.

What is our shipping policy?

  • All orders placed through our online store will be available for in-store pickup only. We are not offering shipping services at this time.

How does in-store pickup work?

1. Browse our selection of products on our website or visit our stores in person.

2. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.

3. At checkout, choose your pick-up location. If your item is one-of-a-kind, you will only see the store where it is located.

4. Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for pickup at the store.

5. Head to our store's Customer Service counter, and our friendly staff will assist you with your order.

    How long do I have to pick up my order?

    • Orders must be picked up within 3 business days. Items not picked up within 3 business days are subject to donation back to the store for resale.
    • We strongly encourage prompt pickup to ensure you receive the items you've purchased. If you encounter any unforeseen issues that may prevent timely pickup, please contact us at (515)-309-0224 for assistance.

    What if an item is out of stock when I arrive at the store?

    • We make every effort to ensure accurate inventory, but occasionally, items may be unavailable. In such cases, we'll offer alternatives or issue a refund.

    What can I donate to the ReStore?
