Special Order Cabinets FAQ

1. How do I purchase Special Order cabinets?

• In the Online Store, click on "Add to Cart" for each cabinet you want to buy.
• Click on the shopping bag at the top Right of the screen to view your complete order.
• Make sure you have chosen all the right cabinets.
• Click on "Check Out" and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
• After purchasing, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
• A ReStore Associate will contact you by phone or email when your order has arrived at the store, normally within 4-6 weeks.

2. When will my order be available for pickup?

• Special Order Cabinets are normally available within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

3. Can the cabinets be delivered?

• We cannot deliver items. Special Order Cabinets must be picked up at the Des Moines Area ReStore of your choice.

4. What is your Return Policy for Special Order Cabinets?

• Cabinets purchased as a Special Order cannot be returned. Please make sure you have ordered the correct cabinets before completing your purchase.

5. How do I assemble my new cabinets?

• Each of your cabinets will include assembly instructions and all necessary fasteners.
• Visit our cabinet supplier's website for assembly instructions and videos.
