Avenne Stone in Lane is a soft warm-white porcelain tile with a quiet, sandstone-like texture and a satin-polished finish. The big 24" squares mean fewer grout lines and a cleaner, more open look. The boxes are marked second quality.

Key features include:

  • Factory graded as second quality (marked SII on the box): expect occasional minor variation in shade, surface or edge, so open a few boxes and blend them as you lay out
  • Soft warm white with subtle stone texture
  • 24" x 24" tiles covering 15.21 sq ft per box
  • Colorbody porcelain, so the color runs through the tile and chips show less; rated for floors, walls and countertops
  • Sets in thinset mortar with grout; large tiles like these lay best over a flat, level floor
