Neoland is a pale blonde oak — a light, sandy tone with a fine straight grain and very little contrast between the boards. Light floors like this bounce daylight around and make a room read larger, which is why they have taken over new builds and remodels alike, and the soft warmth in this one keeps it from going cold or grey the way some pale floors do.
