A Fleximounts GL2FB-E garage ceiling storage lift - a 4 by 4 foot frame that hand-cranks down to the floor so you never carry anything up a ladder.
Key features include:
- Hand crank drives a cable-and-pulley system that lowers the whole frame up to 6.5 ft from the ceiling and winches it back
- 48 by 48 in black steel frame, rated to 300 lb, adjustable from 15 in to 79 in below the ceiling
- Best suited to a 9 ft ceiling
- Decking is NOT included - this is the frame-only version, and the buyer adds a 4 x 4 ft sheet of plywood
- New in an unopened carton; the corner is crushed and the top edge torn and frayed with strapping marks and tape across the face. Check the crank and cables are all present when you collect
