New to the ReStore? Five quick answers
Is it used?
Most items are donated, so they are sold as shown. Flaws we found are listed in the description, and appliances say so when we have tested them.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Every item is on the sales floor at the store named above, Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM. Items also sell in store, so it is not held until you check out.
Do you deliver?
No. You collect it from the store, so bring a vehicle it fits in and a helper for large items.
What about returns?
Within 30 days for store credit (return policy).
How does pickup work?
Pay online, and we email you when it is ready, within 48 hours. Bring the order number; we hold orders for 3 business days.

Tivoli Dorato is a 12" x 24" polished porcelain tile in a warm golden brown. Porcelain absorbs almost no water — half a percent or less — which is why it can go on a floor, up a shower wall and outdoors without staining or freezing apart.

Key features:

  • 12" x 24" polished porcelain, 13.67 sq ft per box
  • Glazed tile never needs sealing — only the grout does, unlike marble or limestone
  • Polished tile is slick when wet: manufacturers do not recommend a polished surface for a bathroom floor or anywhere else that gets water on it
  • Sets in thinset over cement board or a flat slab; cuts need a wet saw
